Statistics show that high achievers and very successful people rise early and make the most of their day.

Similarly, people that are very successful in business often stay up later, working into the night to get things done. The old adage that says, while most people are sleeping the successful person is up working really does have merit.

Although there are usually exceptions to the rule, don’t ignore the facts.
